Nomination fees

PLEASE NOTE LOXTON KART CLUB REFUND POLICY:

No refunds will be paid unless driver has a valid medical reason.

Nominations Secretary must be notified no later than 6pm the night before racing.

Trophy meetings

Senior classes $35 - ONLINE  /  $40 - Late Nomination

Junior classes $30 - ONLINE  /  $35 - Late Nomination

Cost per class to be paid at time of nomination

PLEASE NOTE LOXTON KART CLUB HOT WEATHER POLICY:

When HOT weather is predicted - Club officials will check the weather forecasting using the Bureau of Meteorology as @ 6:00pm Friday night prior to the race meeting. If the predicted temperature is 36deg Celsius or higher on the day of the scheduled race meeting, then the meeting will be cancelled.

Should this situation arise, every effort will be taken to notify all persons effected.
